Liberty Spice Company was born out of fire — the fire of the kitchen, the fire of service, and the fire of conviction.
Founded by Kevin Schrader and Jim English, who served together aboard the USS Harry E. Yarnell, Liberty Spice Company is our tribute to the values that built this country: freedom, hard work, grit, and doing things the right way — even when it’s the hard way.
We started with a passion for flavor, an idea, and a two-quart pot. Now, we’re sharing that passion with everyone — one bold, handcrafted bottle at a time.
Kevin brings the backbone of operations and safety. Jim brings the spark — a flair for flavor, sales, and storytelling. Together, we turned a brotherhood forged at sea into a mission on land: to create bold, honest hot sauces for real people.
Every batch is crafted in Beatrice, Nebraska, using clean ingredients, balanced heat, and no shortcuts. These aren’t sauces for the mass-produced aisle. They’re for folks who work hard, cook with heart, and live like they mean it.
